Bala Murali Shingade is a prolific actor, writer, and director based in Auckland. A University of Auckland MA graduate in screen production, his credits include Miles from Nowhere (2024), Homebound 3.0 (2023), Shortland Street, and award-winning short films. He is represented by GCM and has received support from the NZ Film Commission and Arts Foundation.
