OPERATIONS
Tushar Kandari joined the Prayas Theatre committee in 2025, bringing his backstage and production experience into an operational leadership role.
A versatile contributor, Tushar has worked across both sides of the stage. He performed as Ahinta in The Clay Cart (Mricchakatika) (2023) and appeared in the Rudali and Kingdom of Cards segments of the anniversary production Pitārā (2025). Behind the scenes, he served as Assistant Producer for Pitārā and Assistant Director to Amit Ohdedar on both Kingdom of Cards and Dara.
On the committee, Tushar handles operations — the practical logistics that keep productions running and the organisation functioning day to day.
